In the PayRange app, select View Transactions from the Menu bar. Select the transaction and click Report a Problem
For cash customer refunds:
We provide refunds via Venmo, Zelle or check. Please provide preferred refund option along with machine number, requested refund amount and reason for the
refund. To request a refund check, please provide your name and mailing address in order for us to issue you a check. We look forward to hearing from you!
